Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Kantha Beach, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Changed your mind?

No problem. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Just email us at sales@kanthabeach.co.uk with your order number.

Once you've told us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Returning your item

You're welcome to try items on as you would in a shop. We just ask that if you're returning something, it hasn't been worn, washed, or damaged beyond simply trying it on. If an item comes back in a condition we can't resell, we may need to reduce your refund.

We recommend using a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us. You'll need to cover the return postage.

Your refund

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. This includes what you paid for the item and standard delivery. If you choose express delivery, we'll refund up to the standard delivery cost.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please email us straight away. We'll sort it out and cover the cost of returning it to us.
